Is It Still Worth It?

Do you keep friends who only talk to you at their convenience? Or is it the other way around, you chase friends, seek attention and time from them at your convenience? I learnt that in every situation, there is always 2 sides of the story.

In every relationships, love and respect should be mutual and reciprocated, it all boils down to a tie built by communication, relationships are a two-way street in which both parties have to thrive or make an effort.

A relationship doesn't mean you have to keep a constant communication with one another, sometimes too much can be too annoying, really 😁 I believe when it happens, there is a sense of joy, happiness or even longingness which makes up a quality conversation. Communication doesn't need to be a long one to call it a "quality" conversation, there is a connection that only you and the other party knows that you are having a quality conversation, time flies when you are enjoying it.

Now, is it worth it to keep friends you don't talk on a regular basis? As long as you know by heart and mind that you still have that connection even though you talk once in a blue moon, Yes! As the saying goes, time is a valuable commodity, it is not something money can buy, you spend it to the one you know who truly deserves it. It is hard to make new friends, but it is harder to keep few good ones. Peace out!

Yes. I think it’s worth it as long as you feel the connection. :)
