May Not Be The Last Laugh

One must accept the fact that everything he owns/has will someday be gone. We had a 2-day farewell party at Tagaytay for a friend, who's leaving soon for Taiwan to pursue MBA studies. There was no dramatic moments, as usual, since they are my constant laugh buddies. In spite of knowing that he's leaving soon, we still poked fun at him, for the sake of amusement or something, but we rarely have a dull moment going out with HS friends, we laughed at each others' silliness and it's like nothing, nothing personal, maybe because there was no intent of hurting each others' feelings.
I just don't know what my friends think about after the party, when they got home (reality check), I'm sure there were still soft spot in them, I'm not saying they cried but the feeling of sadness perhaps the right term for it, that in fact someone is leaving. But then again, one must learn to live and let live, as the saying goes "some may come, and some may go", there are people that lined up and jokingly said that they're going to replace him, I don't think "replacing" is the right term for it? But rather filling up the place of that person, and still does the same effort is a better term (I, myself, don't want to be told that I'm gonna be replaced by someone else).Going back to the title of this blog, of course this will not be the last laugh, si Ja pa? si Baby pa? si Dave pa? si Jane pa (baka si Jane oo, hahaha! Peace Jane!)?
Before ending this blog, let me share this thought..."Laughing too hard is a therapy that keeps a person's sanity in one piece, no alcohol or drugs could ever replace it." - parang alcohol and drug addict? hahaha!
