TSG's (former Consulting's) Night Out at Laguna '07

Last night, my colleagues and I headed through Laguna for an overnight vacation trip, to have a time off from heavy workload and stress, to unwind so and so. After all the stress and pressure in the office, everyone deserves a break, like a child needs freedom not to grow up a rebel.

I, myself, look forward to this kind of event (I'm sure everyone also does but it's sad that not everyone was able to make it), it helps to rekindle things where it should be, like an employee's passion to do more work (haha! Kidding aside, I think passion to enjoy their work more like how they felt, fresh during their first day in the office).

Yes sure, everyone enjoyed their stay in Laguna, not only because we're like emancipated from the demanding world of chaos, but also making fun of each other has always been a part of it. I don't know if too much stress can cause human being to become crazy? Almost everyone is like out of the dungeon then does silly things in front of their own colleagues. COOL, huh? Not only that, we also played "truth or consequence" where each and everyone's silly secrets revealed but me, haha! Good for me, there's nothing I hide, I have a boring life, when really, everyone looks after a daring and exploratory being.

To compare our current from previous night outs, I won't consider this the best one, but I'm not saying that the place is unattractive or the food tastes bad, actually the place and food are fantastic. Why say this isn't the best one? It's really different if an organization is growing, we cannot blame the company since it should really go that way, but the employees' treatment for each other is different, not as bonded as before. And also to quantify the number of attendees, previous night outs have more attendees than the current night out (though the contractors before are officially invited, see? It's really different if an organization is growing, budget becomes a factor, it learns to conserve more resources, hihi).

Nonetheless, I still enjoyed the trip, thanks to our boss, it's still different if we get things for free. Human just doesn't get satisfied, hehe!
