How to Handle Difficult Client/User

Inspired  by an annoying client...

How to Handle Difficult Client/User:
1. Keep your cool - when you lose your temper you tend to have disorganized thoughts, you might end up being inconsistent which forms incoherent and irrational thoughts.

2. Keep communications documented - lay down your facts, if you know you are on the right, you can just slap him with your facts and that will shut him up.

3. Keep smiling - though the situation is causing you too much stress and anxiety, once you snap, you lose. Smile kills your enemy.
